You can see that Napkin's url doesn't change when I randomize the thoughts
Situation: I am using the shortcut R to random thoughts. I saw a bad thought but I pressed too fast and I passed it. I have to find it and sometimes I can't even remember it.
Use case: I can use the History of Browser to navigate between thoughts (like breadscrumbs)
